A Little Princess at the Laguna Playhouse

This sounds like a wonderful play for kids as young as 5! The Youth Theater group will feature this classic children's tale at the Laguna Playhouse from May 8-17.

The play stars several Laguna Beach residents, youth actors Gianna Cancelliere and Ellie Spurlock and adult actors Claire Day and Charlie McClung.

The story revolves around Sara Crewe, a young girl born in London but raised in India by her world-traveling father. She learns lessons of riches and poverty. The play is suitable for ages 5 and older.

School matinees are at 10 a.m. on May 14 and 15. Regular runs are on Fridays at 7:30 p.m., Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. and Sundays at 1 and 5 p.m.
